The employee uses the regular Empregare account, the same as any candidate. The internal job opening accepts only those who are on the list of active employees sent by the company to Empregare. Empregare does not add or change anyone on this list.

## How the company identifies you

- In most companies, by the **CPF** of your account.
- Some companies use an **internal code** instead of the CPF (registration number, badge, ID, or the name the company uses). In these, the company’s career site asks you to select **I am an employee of** (company name) and enter the code. This employee account does not store the CPF and can only be accessed through the company’s site.

## "This job opening is exclusive to company employees" appeared

1. Check if you logged in with your CPF account (or, if the company uses an internal code, with the employee account through their career site).
2. If it continues, ask the company’s HR to check if your CPF or code is on the list of active employees. Only the company can add it.

## Other messages

- **An employee account with what you entered already exists**: log in with the email of that account. If you don’t remember the password, use **Forgot my password**.
- The code was not accepted: the company has not yet added your code. Contact HR.
- **This job opening is exclusive to employees of the company responsible for the job opening**: the job is only for part of the group (another unit or company). Contact HR.

## I have two accounts

If the company uses an internal code and you also have the account with the CPF, and one interferes with the other, open a ticket on the [support page](https://brasfort.empregare.com/pt-br/suporte/novo) with your CPF, your birth date, the employee code, and the company name. Before deleting any account, wait for our guidance: deletion is permanent and removes the application history.
